Sleep Number

I’ve had a Sleep Number for years now and bought my favorite pillow ever then too, but it was time for a new one. Stephen the store manager was able to look at my past order to see what I had. He was having trouble finding it but kept hunting for that pillow. After about ten minutes he found one and gave me a great deal on it. If you are in the market for new bedding please go see Stephen at the south County location. You’ll be taken care off.

We’ve had nothing but an excellent experience at this store—they really care about their customer. They find ways to make things work, and are a genuine pleasure to do business with. The beds are great, the sheets and blankets are so nice, and then throw good customer support and service on top of that? Who can really say that very often anymore? I will go out of my way to drive into that store instead of order online. Definitely worth it.

An amazing experience! Everything was explained very well, from the price breakdowns and the time that was taken to answer all the questions we had. I could not be anymore elated with our experience at this store today a huge shout out to our amazing sales guy Stephan. Would highly recommend going in to see him!!

Do not under any circumstance buy a sleep number. This store promised me a 25 year warranty on my bed. I spent over $10,000 on my bed, and 5 years later, this bed is falling apart, only to be told that by customer service that the bed isnt under the warranty explained to me, and I will have to pay over $500 to get it repaired. Warranty is pro rated, which means the longer you have the bed, the more expensive it is to replace these garbage parts. Would be cheaper to buy yourself a good $2000 mattress and replace it every 5 years. Sleep Number is nothing but a scam with salemen tha lie straight to your face. This is what $10,000 buys your. Do not waste your time and money on this trash, and as you can see from sleep numbers response, this company does not care about anything but getting your money. Not a single care about standing behind their products. Just one giant scam

Stephen was an exceptional salesman and very knowledgeable! This is our 2nd sleep number bed. He's at the south county location off Lindbergh.
