Excellent service from William - highly recommend! William went above and beyond helping us find the perfect king-size mattress. He took time to understand what we needed, asked thoughtful questions, and didn’t push us toward the most expensive option. His consultative approach made the whole process stress-free. Delivery was on time, and the quality is exactly what we expected. But what really stood out was how friendly and genuine William was throughout. He treated us like people, not just a sale. Went in looking for a memory foam mattress, box spring, and frame. The salesman, Doc, was very knowledgeable. Showed me various options. Pulled some mattresses out and placed them on a frame/box spring and let me test several. He assured me he would see what discounts he could get approved. Which he did. I left with free delivery and saved a total of about $500 from my entire order. Could of ordered everything online but I like to see and feel a product I will be using daily. Entire experience took 25 minutes at most. Doc was very nice and professional.

William is an excellent salesperson. He engages with customers and builds trust throughout the entire process over the phone. He moved mountains to ensure my move to Texas would be smooth. Sleep quality is very important to me, and William made sure that happened. I truly appreciate his dedication, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.
