I'm glad I decided to stop by Rooms to Go. I found two separate couches that I was looking for. In my opinion decently priced compared to Ashley. And the saleswoman Leslie was very helpful and polite. She was very easy to work with. I Came back 2 weeks later to make the purchase and she still remembered everything we had discussed.

We wanted to acknowledge the sales associate, Adria, as she was as professional and friendly as a sales associate can get. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a smile and showed us various options based upon our interests. We ended up not purchasing that day but she sent an email link with the item we were most interested in so we could purchase online. We ended up deciding to go with the same sectional but a different color. We wanted to make sure that she would be the one to receive the commission so rather than buying online, we went back to the store just to purchase through her. And of course being the professional that she is, when I walked in the store, she immediately recognized me and amazingly greeted me by name! Thank you again, Adria, for making our purchasing experience so pleasant. If the sectional is going to be as great as the service, I can’t wait for it to arrive!

View on GoogleI bought this living room set, and it was delivered last Friday. However, one of the pieces clearly showed signs of having been used for quite some time, as it was dirty and the texture was very worn. I immediately told the delivery man, and he, very embarrassed, agreed with me. He took photos and filed a report on the matter, saying that customer service would call me the next day, which didn't happen. So I called myself, and the woman who answered was very rude, ignoring my complaint and making me feel like I was lying. She insisted that everything looked fine in the delivery photos. I offered to send her the photos I had, but she said it wasn't necessary because they would send a technician to inspect it—a technician who wouldn't arrive for two weeks. I told her that I had visitors coming up in the next few days and that I wanted a nice, new living room set. I wanted to cancel my purchase to get a new set in other place, and I want to cancel simply because I FEEL OFFENDED by this!! I paid for the extended warranty, and I think they'll use that to replace the dirty part. There are six parts, and now there's no guarantee the others will be new. I'm very disappointed with this store, and their customer service is terrible; they make me feel like I'm getting something for free. I'm attaching a photo and video of this mess.
View on GoogleI had a fantastic experience at the Rooms-to-Go in Southpark Meadows! Leslie was AMAZING and answered all of my questions and got me set up with the perfect couch for my new place. She was wonderful throughout the whole process and helped me find a delivery date that worked with my schedule and moving dates. I will definitely be returning! I highly recommend asking for Leslie!
