Jayden was phenomenal and very respectful. We gave him a budget and he recommended a bunch of different options that stayed within it. We first came in to just try out styles of beds, and he was very helpful with switching out the beds to lay on and didn’t make it feel like we were a bother. We left with an option in mind but wanted to check other options at other stores. We called him back let him know we wanted the bed we looked at. He had it out and ready for us for pickup when we came back. Checkout was super quick and easy with him.

We went in to check out mattresses for our daughter. Stephnie was there and was absolutely incredible. She was patient with our little family. Would absolutely recommend this location and this salesperson!

Cole was amazing, made shopping for a mattress easy. He pulled out every mattress and let us try every one we asked to. Told us about the warranties and extend warranty to cover spills very clearly. Honestly made the entire experience so easy and stress free.

They were open for business during Seahawks game, gave me total attention. And great answers and a price they honored few days later at another store. The best service and answers possible. Great company. ! Ivanhoe was the best!

Enjoyed our visit. Bought 2 mattresses and was treated very good. Ivanhoe was terrific. 2nd time we bought from Matress Firm and when I need another mattress I'll go back. Will definitely reco.mend to all my friends and enemies alike.
