Wallaroo's Furniture and Mattresses - South Division

Ordered the couch in August, got delivered in October, this is it's condition as of November. I weigh 200lbs and that was apparently to much for this couch. Customer service is convoluted at best. They owed me a refund for selling such poor quality couch. This particular store did not offer any warranties (red flag) and they offered a replacement with another cardboard couch that I did not want. Terrible store and do not reccomend going to any wallaroos.

Less than 2 months after receiving our sectional it freaking BROKE. My husband is only 200lbs and this is ridiculous. Customer service offered to swap the broken section with the same piece of junk, no refund or anything! Worst furniture experience we have ever had. Just in time for Thanksgiving when we have family over. Thanks wallaroos!

Such a fantastic experience all around! The salesperson (WSCE on the paperwork; I’m so sorry I forgot his name!) was amazing. He asked us our preferences, information about the space, and took us straight back to the perfect couch. Not only was it perfect for the space, it was also on sale! He showed us other options as well and helped us navigate the catalog to look for bed frames for my kids. He was such a delight to work with. As for delivery, it was smooth and seemless. Nick and Daren were courteous and patient while I sorted things out for payment for the installation. Nick came up with workable solutions and Daren jumped on the installation while we worked through a couple small hang ups. I was impressed from beginning to end and will absolutely recommend Wallaroo’s to all my local friends and family!

We have been driving by the Wallaroos for a while and decided to finally go in. They are in the process of selling off all stock, so immediately we were greeted by the super nice owner about the pricing. They answered all of our questions, gave us an awesome deal and worked out getting a different piece from another location. He even participated in a foot race with my kiddos and they loved it! Super fabulous experience! Highly recommend!

Great Furniture and great quality. Even though the sales service messed up a bit with the order and the delivery address, they own their mistakes and work for the costumer. I really appreciated that. And Darren and Nick delivered my sofa today and they were very nice, costumer oriented and did a great job!
