Mattress Firm Sun Lakes Village

Your salesman Mo was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't sure what kind of mattress to purchase, it's been many years since purchasing one. Mo explained the different types and styles that would best fit our sleep needs. I did not feel pressured to buy nor felt intimidated. He was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable and satisfied with my purchase. Mo was very pleasant to talk to and showed true professionalism. I highly recommend him!

Clarence, Lupe, and Mo made my experience at Mattress Firm exceptional. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right mattress rather than just making a sale. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Their professionalism, patience, and customer service were second to none. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel valued as a customer, and they absolutely did. Thank you all for the outstanding experience I highly recommend working with Clarence, Lupe, and Mo!

Thank you Clarence W. for the great service today as we bought ourselves a much needed mattress. We loved our previous mattress so much but it was time. We had the intention of shopping around today at a few stores and buying later, but after speaking with Clarence and the time he spent informing us of all things mattresses, we decided on staying put and purchasing with him. He was kind, personable, and didn't feel pushy/sales-y at all!! Five stars across the board for him & our new split king mattress! Here's to a goodnight's sleep!

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Mo. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me choose two new mattresses. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and explained the differences between options without any pressure to upsell. Shopping for mattresses can be overwhelming, but Mo made the process easy, comfortable, and even enjoyable. I truly felt like he cared about helping me find the right fit rather than just making a sale. Because of his help, I left feeling confident in my purchases. If you’re shopping for a mattress, I highly recommend asking for Mo — excellent customer service!

Came in knowing exactly what I wanted but expected an upsell based on prior experiences. Nope, Mo heard what I asked for, believed that I knew my own mind, and showed me the two best options. We were in and out in 15 minutes with a promise of a delivery tomorrow. Mo knows his business and listens to his customers. Thanks for a great experience!
