What a great experience! I have dreaded going mattress shopping for years because I hate sales pressure. Hunter was amazing. Very helpful and no pressure. We were on a tight budget for my mom and he was able to find us a $1400 mattress that was $350 outlet price, which is basically a new mattress that had been returned and sterilized. Next day delivery was smooth and the mattress looks brand new. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this store!

Great service. Hunter helped me pick the right bed for me a few months ago. Easy delivery and excellent purchase. My third purchase from mattress firm was done here recently and this time I was assisted by Manuel, the store manager. Manuel was definitely an expert in helping suggest the right mattress for me based on what I stated our needs were. Great overall purchase!

Mattress Firm had an excellent sale today. This mattress store had been greatly recommended to me by other family members. It was a good recommendation. The staff was extremely courteous and answered my questions about their products very understandably. I was able to select a very fine bed and made a good purchase.

Very pleased with the professionalism at Mattress Firm. It was very easy working with Manuel. He knew exactly what we needed, and truly accommodated us. My wife and I had the opportunity to sleep in three beds after telling him we had purchased a Sealy Hybrid mattress 13 years ago at Mattress Firm. To accommodate a knee injury, Manuel gave us options to sleep and we chose a Posturepedic Elite Hybrid Point Ii 14” Firm Mattress Queen Prime was the right one for her. I liked it also and we purchased it. Then Manuel was kind enough to discuss various options for payment, and we decided to go with monthly payments at 0% interest, and we chose the 24 month plan through Synchrony Bank, who approved us. Then he arranged for delivery the next day! Very grateful to work with Manuel who made the process very positive, very simple and cordial. Thank you Mattress Firm for having Manuel as an employee.

Happy with the sales service. The delivery was early the next morning and the delivery men were friendly and careful taking out our old mattress. Our new mattress is delightful! Very pleased overall.
