Hello my name is Alexis and I wanted to tell you guys about my experience coming to this location. I came in 3 days ago and this sale person name ozzy was very respectful and awesome being able to explain to me what mattress is best for me. And because of him I am very happy with the purchase I made. Keep up the good work and thank you for the good service and making me feel welcomed.

Preemptively called to see if size of mattress was available. Zoey the sales person assured that it was and recommended a few things but that it works be best to come in prison to get the feel. We went to store and she received us very enthusiastically. We reviewed and liked a couple items. Questions were asked and even though we didn’t buy the mattress at that very moment to shop a little more, we did but feel pressured or coerced to buy them and there. Felt respected and listened to which is very fortunate bc she did the order at a different time at our behest and we were able to finalize via text. Delivery was in time and very convenient. The delivery person Vladimir was super helpful, nice and went far and beyond. Overall I had a great experience! Thank you

We had Axelis as our sales Rep. SHES THE ABSOLUTE BEST 👌🏾. Alexis is VERY informative on every question you may have, she's not pushy or eager for "the sale" but patient, knowledgeable in mattresses and other things to help you in your decision making from your health issues in mattress picking to your payment plan if any. Alexis is a people person, lovely character and personality. The store has a nice atmosphere and clean inside...this is for THE HUB LOCATION. We caught their Labor day sale, and it was absolutely a great sale.....😄💯, but I forgot to ask about free pillows or sheets with this purchase.

There service was very professional. Angel knew how to break down the information on the mattresses. Amazing service. I had question.They were answer on Professional level. Thanks to Angel. I went into Mattress Firm today to purchase my new mattress and I came across the very professional, empathic, loving and caring Lais and Carlos. Their the BEST in the game. I walled out with an adjustable base and multiple pillows in addition to the mattress!
