Although the manager was working solo he was very pleasant & explained/offered good choices. Very empathetic when I told him I was shopping for my 92 y/o mom, he oriented me to something he would choose for the elderly in his family. Let me know if the sales & good prices offered. I was thoroughly pleased with the services will definitely go back for future beds. I haven’t received the product but I tested it in the store.

Had a pleasure at Mattress Firm today with Frank. I called on Friday with my concerns, was told to come in, and when I arrived he was ready for me. The process was smooth, and pretty fun (I had my 8 yr old daughter and mom with me). Frank showed me mattresses based on my physical complaints and needs, and with different price points. He gave me tips on pillows, how the comfort can change with different mattresses, and the difference in female anatomy and how that makes our sleeping and pillow needs different. I loved every minute of my visit. Got a great deal (didn't even realize there was a sale going on. Perfect timing), learned a lot, and will definitely come again. Thanks Frank!

Today while shopping for a mattress. The associate Camilio was BEYOND helpful. He made sure to ask all the right questions . His professionalism was a breath of fresh air. He helped my wife and I pick out the perfect mattress. We also ended up buying some amazing pillows. All at a great price . I highly recommend shopping for your future mattresses here.

Came in look for for a new mattress and was greeted by a lovely lady named Charisbel she was so amazing and patient and was very thorough. Manager Frank came in and assisted to complete my sleep system!
