Went here to pick a new box spring after my previous one failed. They were extremely helpful with the warranty and my claim was solved within 2 days. When I went to use my credit to get a new one, Arnaldo was extremely helpful and walked me through all the options. 10/10 recommend!

Had a seamless shopping experience from beginning to end! Had the challenging task of choosing -- from out of state -- a new mattress, box spring and frame for my father. Osbaldo was wonderful! He knew exactly what I needed to buy. He wasn't pushy at all and gave me a number of helpful options so that choosing what was needed was very easy! After making the online purchase, the delivery was set for the exact day we needed it! Right after the purchase, I received regular delivery updates that were exactly on schedule! I'm so grateful to Osbaldo and the delivery team for making a difficult task a seamless one! Thank you for a great company too!

My experience at MattressFirm on the upper west side of Manhattan was great! I had an idea of what I wanted before I got there after discussing with very helpful customer service reps on the phone. At the store, Malachi was awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He accommodated all my inquiries and even had a very similar mattress in the store for what I had come in for. He got me a good deal and the delivery turn around was only a few days. Purchased an expensive mattress from this place. 10 months later the mattress has a huge divot on one side of the bed keep in mind I’m 150 lb ( defective mattress). I reach out to the warranty dept and they refuse to send me a new mattress saying there is no “ law tag”. Oh the same tag that the delivery drivers ripped off by accident and said don’t worry about it, it won’t be needed? Huge scam. Avoid at all costs.

The store does not allow for return or exchange of a Tempur-Pedic Mattress base. I’ve had the Mattress base for three months, and it is already having problems. When I walked into the store to speak to my salesperson Beatrice about it, she told me that there are no returns or exchanges allowed. I asked why, and she told me that it was in the contract, but did not give any further explanation. If you are buying that a mattress or mattress base this store, I would recommend that you be very wary of any claims that they make.
