As someone who writes a lot of reviews, I have no problem sharing both the good and the bad. My first experience at Raymour & Flanigan honestly left me disappointed. I spent a good amount of money furnishing my home, including buying a mattress for my 9-year-old daughter, and unfortunately, it wasn't the right fit. The only reason I came back was because I had purchased the warranty on everything. Walking back in, I wasn't expecting much... but these three amazing employees completely changed my opinion of the company. First, Eder Trinidad was absolutely outstanding. Instead of trying to sell me just another mattress, he took the time to ask all the right questions to understand what went wrong the first time. He made sure we wouldn't repeat the same mistake. The part that won me over was how he treated my daughter. He encouraged her to lay on different mattresses and let her choose the one she felt was the most comfortable. There was no pressure, no rushing, just genuine customer service. That's rare nowadays. Then there was Ana at the front desk. I had a small issue with my card, and instead of automatically saying, "Your card was declined," like so many places do, she calmly explained that it looked like a system issue and kindly asked if we could try again. She was so sweet, patient, and professional. That simple act of kindness meant a lot. And finally, Fatima. Even though I never got to meet her in person, she was incredible over the phone. She helped me find the best delivery time, answered every single one of my questions without rushing me, and was genuinely courteous from start to finish. I came back because of a warranty... but I left believing in the company again because of Eder Trinidad. He turned a frustrating experience into one that reminded me why great customer service still matters. Thanks to them, I'll definitely be back for my dining room set. Employees like these are worth recognizing because they don't just make sales, they build loyal customers.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM REWARDS GIFT CARD. IT IS A SCAM. I worked with Genycis and I was originally happy with her service. She price matched with a rewards gift card from Master Card. Unfortunately the rewards gift card is a scam. It tells you that you will receive the card via email in 2-3 weeks and to add their email address to your safe senders list. Then you never receive the email until you call. Then they make you put all your info (phone address etc) in a website portal and tell you to wait another week and to add EVEN MORE emails (MULTIPLE!!) to your safe senders list (why so many???). They are using this to keep getting more of your info and to send you spam from these email addresses and we still didn’t get our money despite ordering from here a month ago…I would rather not be promised a gift card then go through a scam. This is not reputable business

I had a great experience shopping for my furniture. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. Genycis was very kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me choose the right furniture without any pressure. Her advice was very helpful, and I really appreciated her honesty. Thanks to Genycis, the whole process was easy and enjoyable. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service.

Dioris was the best raymour and Flanigan consultant ever. He went above and beyond to meet my girl and I needs and concerns. He really listens and very attentive to details. I definitely recommend him if you’re shopping in the Bronx terminal market.

I was very helpful was able to come and get my grandmother exactly what she wanted. The person that took care of my grandmother and I, his name is Lewis and definitely anybody that’s to come here. I would definitely recommend let him take care of you because he went above and beyond even when I didn’t have all of the credentials to help my grandmother, I was able to go home get it come back and still pick up where we left off. He gets a 10 out of 10 for me.
