Mattress Firm Torrington

My first trip, Jared was extremely helpful with helping us find what we wanted for a mattress. We left to look at one other place and when we came back, Marcia was working. She was also very helpful with completing the purchase. Jared was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all out questions. He had a ton of patience with both my husband and me. I would highly recommend the Torrington Mattress Firm and their staff

Marcia was absolutely phenomenal and made buying a new mattress a wonderful experience! I recently ordered a mattress and base from an online retailer. The price was excessive and the quality was subpar. I returned the mattress bundle to the online retailer and found myself with a huge problem….I had to find a particular replacement within a very short time frame due to medical needs/scheduling. Marcia literally saved the day! She found inventory in stock of a very particular setup and was able to manage set up and delivery within my short time frame. My expectations were far surpassed! Marcia was kind, knowledgeable and patient while helping me find exactly what I needed. I never felt rush or like I was being upsold. She truly listened and found me exactly what I set out for! She made the whole experience from start to finish effortless!! I highly recommend visiting this store front. It was clean, spacious and there was a significant amount of inventory to try/test out. An added plus, it’s is 100% handicapped accessible and I felt comfortable every step of the way ;) Thank you Marcia for coming to the rescue today!

Donnie was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to throughout the entire experience. He took the time to show a wide range of options without ever making me feel pressured to buy, which I really appreciated. His personable approach made the process comfortable and enjoyable. He’s truly an asset to the store, and I would definitely recommend working with him.

We purchased two different mattresses plus supports over the past month at Mattress Firm in Torrington. The salespeople there (namely Marcia and Jared) could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Marcia made sure we got the discounts that were current and helped with a refund when the item we purchased went on sale a month later. When I had to exchange the second mattress we bought, Jared gave us a couple of options and finally helped us pick out another mattress which we're sure will better meet our needs. Also, Donnie was helpful in recommending a two-inch bunky board to replace our six-inch boxspring to lower the height of our bed to a range where we could actually get IN it. I would recommend this store to anyone - really top rate employees!

Donnie was great helping me find a mattress and base for my grandfather. He listened to my concerns and was thoughtful about the needs of an elderly person. Really appreciated his patience and guidance throughout the process.
