Mattress Firm Trinity

I would like to express my full gratitude to what this store did for me. As a hurricane victim from Helene in Sept 2024, I lost everything I owned. I saw a New Year's deal on some mattresses so I headed on in and purchased a mattress not even knowing when my home would be rebuilt. I believe Christine was the lady who helped me. (I hope i got it right- its been a year since I was in there) They held my mattress for almost 11 months for me before I even knew a delivery date for my home. They kept in touch throughout the year I was out of my home making sure I still knew my mattress was on hold for delivery. While other companies wouldn't hold furniture over a certain amount of months, Mattress Firm came in clutch. Im back in my home, 1 year later. Received my mattress and its amazing. Thanks for helping me out!

I typically do not write reviews, but I thought this experience deserved one. Jimmy was exceptionally knowledgeable and extremely friendly! We had a really great experience with our mattress purchase. The atmosphere was very welcoming. There was no haggling or pressure from him whatsoever. We felt really confident and comfortable with our purchase. Thank you Jimmy for making our experience a memorable one!

I would like to take a moment to share how truly grateful I am for the exceptional service I received from Christine Fariello, the store manager. What began as a complete nightmare with my mattress warranty quickly turned into a positive and memorable experience, all because of her dedication and willingness to step in when no one else would. From the very beginning, I felt discouraged and overwhelmed by the situation. It seemed as though no one was willing to take responsibility or provide the assistance I needed. Christine, however, immediately stood out. She not only listened to my concerns with patience and understanding, but she also took the initiative to resolve the matter in a way that exceeded my expectations. Her professionalism, empathy, and ability to find solutions transformed what could have been an ongoing source of stress into a smooth and successful resolution.

I wound up visiting the Trinity Florida mattress firm location today and I was greeted by Thomas. Thomas was willing to accommodate me in my lengthy decision for choosing a new mattress. Wound up, settling on a new beauty rest black type three mattress. Great service and looking forward to my delivery Coming in the next two days. Thank you, Tony D.

Great place to purchase a mattress! I wasn’t sure what I really needed to get. It’s been a long time since I purchased a mattress. They kindly and patiently show me several to test out and gave me pricing. Scheduling delivery was a snap!!
