I had a great experience working with Evan this morning. Evan was professional and knowledgeable regarding different mattresses and adjustable bases. I tried several different products and Eric was great describing features and benefits of each mattress, etc. Clearly explained pricing, discount and delivery information. That bed had since started sinking and we needed a new one. On a whim we stopped by the store to see what they had for inventory and pricing. We were met by Evan and we couldn’t have had any better luck! Evan was patient, answered all our questions, helped move mattresses to ensure we got the right feel on the right base. View on GoogleMattress shopping is not something that I like to do but Eric made the process smooth. The location is clean and has a good selection of mattresses on display at various price points. Eric was knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to understand what we were looking for and showed us several options at the desired price point and explained the features of each mattress. He did not try to pressure us into buying a mattress that was above our price point. Eric was not pushy or aggressive but instead was courteous, polite, and professional.
View on GoogleIf I could give more than 5 stars I would for my guy Jeff in Smithfield. My wife and I went into the store thinking we knew what we needed. Within 10 minutes Jeff had us going down the right path. He spent almost 2 hours with us testing all the beds and giving us the knowledge to decide on a mattress setup. He is super friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to as well as a straight shooter. Never pushed us one way or another and let us make the educated decision on our setup. We felt very comfortable and I can see why he manages 2 stores. Mattress firm should feel great knowing they have a leader like Jeff!
