Mattress Firm Valencia

I had never been in a mattress firm before and was very happy with my experience. Peter was very friendly and answered all my questions and wasn't pushy. I went to the store with my own ideas from research that I had done and without telling him my opinions I asked him what he recommended and we were on the same page. He showed me many options and let me make my own decision without pressure. I'm very happy with my experience shopping at mattress firm and recommend them.

Great quality mattress and I took advantage of the sale they had going on. Customer service was great at this location, Jansen was very helpful. They also have very fast delivery, I would recommend it!

We had a stress-free and very enlightening visit this morning to the Santa Clarita store trying to decide on a new king sized adjustable bed. Hayden was a great help and not in the least pushy . He listened to our general preferences, guided us through various options and let us try a wide variety of options until we finally settled on our favorite choice. We were very happy with the final set that we purchased for delivery in North Carolina in January and the purchasing process was very smooth and efficient. I was not sure when we went in that we would actually walk out today with a purchase but having weighed all the pros and cons and tried out a lot of different options we are happy with our decisions and look forward to a new bed for the first time in several decades! All the staff there were helpful and polite but Hayden is the reason we decided to pull the trigger today and shorten what could have been an extended search through many of the options that attracted our attention online.

Hayden was an exceptional, attentive, intelligent, extremely knowledgeable sales representative… He made sure that my wife I needs were met although we had separate requests regarding our sleep and resting needs… Hayden made a great impression, he made sure to go above and beyond he was approachable, friendly, charismatic, and a great listener… I will most definitely return to this location to decorate my other vacant rooms in addition to referring Hayden and this Valencia Mattress Firm Location to not only friends and family but also business associates as well… We are more than happy with our new purchase and can’t wait to return for more Mattress Firm products! Overall 5star experience executed by 5star representation, Thank you Hayden!

Corinne assisted me with a new mattress. We sampled a few different types and I finally settled on a Purple Mattress. The experience was pleasant, fast & satisfying. See you & Jansen again on my next visit.
