Sleep Number

Many thanks to Loretta Zambrano for such superior customer service. Treated us like we were the only people in the world for the duration of our mattress shopping experience. We ended up with the perfect bed, pillows, and all the accessories for a killer deal. Highly recommend the Santa Clarita location!

I needed to buy a bed, we went to SitnSleep store in Santa Clarita. We were greeted by Loretta Zambrano, store Manager. She ask what l was looking for in a bed. She had me try several beds before l decided to buy one. Loretta didn't push me to buy a bed, she let me take my time to decided on the bed l wanted. My son compare prices on his phone with other companies they couldn't beat their price. Loretta made it easy for me to buy a bed. She is a very nice lady and easy to talk too. The men who deliver my bed were so fast and clean up the packing. They did their job so well and show me how my bed works before leaving. Ask if l had any questions regarding the bed. I love that it fit in my old frame bed. I didn't need to buy a new headbroad. Thank you Loretta for making my purchase so easy. So happy. Marie

Miguel was attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. His guidance and support made me feel confident that I purchased the best mattress for my needs. So much so that we ordered a second one just a few days later.

They provide good service at the store while selling you a bed. They promise you the world. Once an issue comes up. They disappear and can’t help you, once they have your money. See you in court

Got a c4 mattress with adjustable base, it is the worst possible thing in the world, developed severe back pain after a couple years of sleeping on this and have to go to a chiropractor 2 times a week just so I can continue to work. This is quite literally a Coleman air mattress with a computer. Not worth the price in any conceivable reality. I will be looking into starting a class action lawsuit for my bodily pain and damages as-well as blatant neglect shown by this company.
