Mattress Firm Veterans

We walked into the store, uncertain as to what mattress would meet our needs. A lady store representative named Cat assisted us, she was very professional and knowledgeable. Cat went over our options and helped us find the mattress that was just perfect for us. We returned a few days later after discussing it and decided we wanted to make the purchased. Cat was working in a different store, but she assisted us via texting and Pete was the representative in the store yesterday. He also was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very kind and made us feel like we were at home. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Our new mattress will be delivered Sunday and we're excited to have it delivered. We definitely will be bringing more business to Mattress Firm. We will be sending our family and friends.

We had a wonderful and very helpful experience. He was attentive to our needs and concerns in regards to what may be a suitable bed for us while also being considerate of our financial budget. The process was smooth and we not once felt rushed or hurried along. He went above and beyond. His customer service was impeccable!

Salesman was courteous and helpful. He explained everything regarding the mattresses. Tried many styles. No high pressure to purchase an expensive unit. Would recommend him to others.

Cat was very helpful! She's definitely the salesperson I always want to get. She just gave me the information and let me decide! She wasn't pushy at all. She was pleasant to talk to.
