I recently purchased a new mattress from this location and Ali did an amazing job. He made the mattress buying enjoyable with no pressure and doing everything possible to get me the best deal he could. He also made sure that I had a true understanding of the different warranties and explained how the mattress firm extended warranties can be used as a store credit towards a future purchase if they are not used during the coverage period. If you are considering a Tempur-Pedic mattress make sure to stop by and see Ali. The Tempur-Pedic store at Lakeside had said the price is the price but Ali was able to make sure I got the best deal. Mattress Firm is actually owned by Tempur-Pedic. The store was clean and had a wide selection of mattresses to test and store.

Prior to shopping for a new mattress, I researched online and saw that this Mattress Firm location had exceptional reviews and I was not disappointed. I was greeted by Tim who listened closely and provided me with excellent advice and service. He exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend anyone to buy their next mattress from Tim.

We stopped in here last weekend to test out a few mattresses, not sure if we were ready to buy or not. Ali helped us figure out exactly what we were wanting and needing in a new mattress, and he couldn’t have been nicer or more enjoyable to work with. We ended up buying not just a mattress, but also a frame and 4 pillows. It was such a fun experience, and we can’t praise or recommend this store and Ali enough. The delivery of our items was great, too. The guys who delivered the frame were super efficient and careful. We’re beyond thrilled with our purchase and how the entire process went.

From the time I was on the phone with Mr Ali until the time I arrived at Mattress Firm, Mr Ali been helpful, he’s an Angel sent… he really helped me pick out the right mattress and the mattress was so comfortable, he really knows his stuff and so warm welcoming… top tier customer service…I felt so comfortable being there…. If you’re looking for a mattress go see Mr Ali, you will definitely leave there smiling!!

Jim was very helpful and courteous. No pressure to buy and he was very knowledgeable about the purple mattresses. He really cares about the customers and helps you find what you truly need. I can’t wait to have it delivered and enjoy it. Thank you Jim
