No pressure. We shopped around multiple stores. Willis had no problem letting us leave without immediately buying. We checked out the other stores we were interested in visiting and we found that Willis was able to predict what we would discover correctly, gave us the discounts possible, and got us in and out pretty quickly when we returned to make the final sale.
View on GoogleI wanted to get in on the President's Day sales, so I grabbed my sister's hand and headed to our local Mattress Firm store in Morgan Hill. I'm so happy I did. Willis, our salesman, was great! I told him my situation and badaboom, I found what I needed at a great price. I highly recommend Morgan Hill's Mattress Firm , and Willis.
View on GoogleThis was our first time purchasing a Tempur-Pedic mattress, and Willis, the sleep expert, made the experience exceptional. He thoroughly explained and demonstrated the product, showing deep knowledge and professionalism. He was efficient, attentive, and highly responsive to all our questions, while also giving us the space to make our decision, allowing us time to decide at our own pace.
View on GoogleHad a great experience at Morgan Hill Mattress Firm! Ryan was friendly, professional, and most importantly very helpful to me in selecting a new mattress set for our guest room. He showed me items in my price range and arranged for delivery , set up , and removal of old set. A very pleasant and stress free process! Thank you Ryan!
View on GoogleRyan was wonderful. Super patient and very knowledgeable and helpful. Empathetic and a good listener. I've had some health issues and had major surgery last year, and Ryan was present and helped me pick the best mattress that suited my needs. It was just delivered yesterday. Slept on it last night for the first time and I'm just so happy. Thank you so much!
