From start to finish my family and I had a great experience. Our sleep expert Adrian was super helpful and helped us get exactly what we needed for our new home. The delivery was swift and hassle free I was given ample time to prepare and the techs on site were very fast and professional if you need help getting a bed in the gilroy are come here and ask for Adrian he knows his stuff!!
View on GoogleOur visit to mattressfirm was excellent. I told our salesman our price range. He didn't try to upscale. He took me and my wife to the back of the store, had us try several beds. I think he saw that I didn't want to spend that much. He brought us to another section. About the third try I found what I wanted and my wife agreed.it happened to be one of the cheapest beds. He added a free adjustable frame , free delivery and disposal of old mattress. Very happy.😃

View on GoogleMy son and I had an amazing experience with Adrian, in the Gilroy location. Adrian greeted us upon entering the store and assisted us from start to finish. Adrian was knowledgeable on the various mattresses that were suited to our preferences which allowed us to select our new beds. Adrian also found both of our tempur pedic beds at discounted prices. We are so pleased with Adrian’s customer service and attention to detail. Adrian, thank you so much for your outstanding customer service! You made our experience the best!
View on GoogleMy family and I had such a great experience shopping for our new mattress today! We were helped by the store manager, Adrian, who was super helpful in showing us the differences in mattresses and the features of each. He also let us know of promotions we didn't know about so we ended up getting an adjustable base with our mattress too. Highly recommend coming to the store in person versus shopping online.
