During two days she listened to us and answered every question verbally and via text messages and always very professional, diligent, polite and kind. She also took care of the closing, she explained the different options clearly and it went through very fast and smooth. I will highly recommend this business.

View on GoogleUpdate 06/01/2026: The bed frame is still in great shape. It's built to last. I liked it so much I went back to Canales and bought a leather sofa a few months ago. I was just thinking about how much I like the sofa when I remembered my review and wanted to update it. Still 5 stars! Good selection of quality furniture. Our salesperson, Alex, did a good job helping us. He was able to answer all our questions. Thanks ! Edit to add pictures and to include one negative. The slats have legs that screw into them. It’s a nice touch, but the allthread pieces were screwed in at different depths, so half of them stuck out the other side of the slats. I found that I would have to drill the holes out more or cut off the threads that stuck out to keep them from damaging my box spring. I took the easy route and cut the threads. Still, the bed frame is solid, and I’m happy with the purchase.
