Me and my husband came in to look for mattresses we wasn't too sure what we wanted but Jeannene was happy to help us find something we were looking for, she was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right mattress and the best deal, We let her know our budget and found a mattress a little higher in price but she was so amazing and found us some great deals on it and let us know if after we purchase it then we found a discount for it for lower after that we could call in for an adjustment. We were very greatful for her help and time and really appreciate that Jeannene did everything she could to give us the best deal! Overall we had a wonderful experience with this store!
View on GoogleThis is the only place I go for a mattress. I’ve bought here before and the bed lasted 10 years. Now I’m here again and the beds are even better. I got a mattress with an adjustable base this time. My back has many issues and I need a comfortable mattress. You can lie on the beds as long as you like to see if it comfortable to you with the different firmness levels. You can try out the adjustable bed to see how you like that. The people are friendly. I had a great experience with Jacobie who is the one who helped me. He has lots of great information for you so you can have an informed decision on such an important purchase. There are financing options too. They have price match. The quality of their products are first rate. I highly recommend this store for all your mattress needs. Go and meet Jacobie and he’ll assist you in getting what you need to get a great nights sleep.
View on GoogleKelly is a great representative of Mattress Firm. I called him first and he was so helpful. My wife and then went to the West Valley store to meet him. He showed us our options and never pushed us. Gave us all the time we needed to make a great decision. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking to make a mattress purchase. He is the kind of guy you want as your friend. Thanks Kelly can’t wait to get our new mattresses tomorrow!
View on GoogleOh my gosh! I had no idea Beds could be so spectacular! Jeanenen was such a great help so educating and informative! Had our hearts set on a purple but might get the temperpedic instead. Still not sure. But highly recommend going in and checking them out. So helpful
View on GoogleMy sister and I went into mattress firm to purchase a new mattress for our dad. We had to take her granddaughter and our 87-year-old father with us. Janeen helped us. She was so very kind and patient! She explained everything but didn’t waste our time we ended up purchasing the mattress, a frame and accessories. I can’t say enough nice about her! I would recommend this store and this lady to anyone and everyone looking for a mattress!
