Meh. Guys took their sweet time walking to the pick up door. We're not friendly. Slow to get the bed. Average for warehouse guys who probably get paid poorly.
View on GoogleGreat job guys, they know how to work, unloaded it in 5 minutes
View on GoogleWe ordered a mattress a week ago and had it shipped to Layton store because we live in layton. When we went to pick it up at 5:00, we were told that there was a miscommunication and they thought we were going to have to pick it up in salt lake. I asked for gas money but they thought I was kidding. I called the warehouse to tell them we were on our way to make sure they weren't going to close at 6:00 and we're told that if we get there by 6:00 they'll be happy to help us. Didn't seem to care enough to wait while we took the time and gas to accommodate their screw up.
View on GoogleNegative experience. I had heard that you should avoid dealing with Mattress Firm due to sales tactics that will leave you on the hook for ridiculous cost even if you follow the sleep trial rules, that definitely proved to be the case. Less risk in buying from Costco. ALWAYS check the return policy in great detail and be prepared to take a loss if you don't like your mattress.
View on GoogleCompanies are defined by how they handle misunderstandings. When we called one of their other stores to order a bed board, she said we could pick it up at this location. When we got here, it wouldn't fit in our truck. They offered to deliver it for us for free the next morning. They gave us 9-noon and they got here at 10:30. The delivery men were very nice and courteous.
