She was knowledgeable, and presented all of the options (such as warranties, delivery services, etc) to us as well! We also had an amazing experience from Luiz and his team with the delivery! They were personable, friendly, and provided quick service to us with setting up our frame, box spring, and mattress. Overall excellent experience, I would recommend Carolee as well as luiz and his delivery team for anyone interested in finding a new mattress!

He was very helpful and kind and stay within our budget all while helping us find the perfect bed for us. I am more than grateful as a new bed is a must have for us!! I am happy with the service the convenience of the store location and the 50% off sale was pretty nice too!!!
