From our home at the foot of Paris Mountain, the drive to Mattress Folks in Mauldin is about 20 minutes — and worth every mile. Robert and Siobhan were incredibly welcoming and helpful as they guided us through selecting our new mattresses and adjustable bed frames. Robert’s knowledge of sleep habits and what it takes to achieve truly restful sleep made the entire experience even better. They even delivered our bed on a Sunday afternoon, and when I decided I wanted to upgrade to a more plush mattress, Robert came back the very same day to exchange them for us! The level of customer service was absolutely impeccable. Thank you, Robert and Siobhan, for making the drive more than worthwhile!
View on GoogleGreat experience with Robert purchasing our new mattress and adjustable frame. No pressure, no gimmicks, no back and forth games on pricing. Just a honest guy that took the time to figure out the best setup for our price range. In a world where customer service is vanishing these guys do the exact opposite! We’ll be back to see Robert again!
View on GoogleAmazing service… I’m so impressed with the service I received from Mattress Folks. OMG The two people who delivered and assembled my bed were not only quick and skilled but also kind and easy to talk to. It’s rare to find a team that works this efficiently while still making you feel taken care of. I absolutely recommend Mattress Folks to anyone who wants a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this place. Thank you…
