I was in search of a new mattress when moving, and Tony made my first-time buying experience seamless! He was able to get me in for an appointment on short notice, clearly walked me through all the options, and helped me find a great fit. He even delivered the mattress + support platform to the second floor and set ev everything up for me. I just got my new mattress yesterday, so I am still breaking it in, but I believe it will be a good fit! I would absolutely recommend.
View on GoogleI purchased a mattress , got it home, set it up, and it was not what I expected. I contacted Tony, and he did everything in his power as quickly as he could, to get me a new mattress that suited my needs. He was kind and understanding, and 100% professional and made sure that I was happy with the new mattress replacement. Even delivered it and set it up for me. And I live up a flight of steps, so it was a pain for him I am sure. But his customer service is TOP NOTCH and I will without a doubt recommend that if you are looking to purchase a new mattress, call Mattress By Appointment in Mauldin. Tony will make sure you are happy with you purchase. If I could give the company 10 stars I would. Thank you so much!!
