My Human Touch, Perfect Chair is EXACTLY that! As soon as I sat in the chair and reclined to ZG position I knew I had to have one of these. My PC-610 is most comfortable with near infinite reclining and sitting positions. The people and service at the Greenville, SC Relax the Back Store couldn't have been any better. They were so helpful, communicating regularly after I ordered the chair, and the delivery was so smooth. Thank you RTB Team!

I am writing to share the wonderful experience I had at your store during my visit. Ashley and Joan were incredibly helpful, allowing me to test Anthros V2 (an ergonomic chair) I had been researching for some time. I was very glad to find a local store where I could try the chair in person before making a decision. Ashley assisted me initially, and then Joan spent thirty minutes going over the specific details and options with me. Joan’s personal experience as a daily user of the chair was invaluable in helping me understand its benefits. Additionally, Ashley provided an HSA template letter to assist with my purchase. I left the store feeling confident because the chair felt great. I have since worked with Joan via email and phone to finalize the order, and I am looking forward to the delivery.

I have purchased from this store and their first location for 31 years. I have made three major purchases during this time- two of them excellent - the third ( no fault of Relax the Back ) was Solely a vendor issue- X Chair. - no fault of the store. My recent purchase was a zero gravity chair. Joan has gone out of her way to help me make a wise choice. Joan knows this business like “the back of her hand”. I have not taken delivery on my new order, but I am confident that all will be well. Great experience all the way around !
