He was incredibly attentive, took the time to listen, and genuinely cared about understanding my needs to help me find the right mattress. He truly went above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Mattress for Less to anyone looking for great service and quality options. You won’t be disappointed!

He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain the differences between models, and helped me choose the right mattress based on my comfort and sleep needs — no pressure at all. If I could give a zero rating for this store, I would give a 0-!! Turn around go somewhere else!! Liam I will say is a nice guy and great salesman BUT he was really wanting a five star review. If he asked once, he asked 3 times to scan and do a good review for him!! Glad I didn’t because this was my second WORST EXPERIENCE with a company and contracts! He had to call manager to walk him through our sale and contract and when waiting and he made mistake…we only wanted sale if we could get zero interest promo. We were ready to leave and he said no “I will fix it” he did his initials on our contract and said he would take care of it. NOPE…sale .started in December 2025. First statement didn’t reflect zero interest. Called store and credit card company….nothing handled! Weeks go buy say it’s handled, it’s still not! Several hours numerous times on phone with both. Also one side of beds remote didn’t work after two weeks and store said they don’t hand that we have to call company who made it, I did and weeks go by and nothing no new remote as promised! I was done!! Earlier during first couple months we wanted to just bring bed back to store and cancel contract as it was not what we were promised and they said sale Was final we couldn’t do that. So months go by back and forth like I said with both….THEN a stern letter sent to manager stating Breach of contract and failure to uphold their part….we were done ready to seek help by attorney to handle. 5 mins after letter emailed we get call from manager. He said it was handled!! Yea ok?!? So weeks months go by nothing for a while from either of them. My hubby just got text last week from credit company saying he was late on payment after we heard nothing from them, no statement to pay bill. So we called them, they email statement but nothing sent to us saying all handled corrected and when payment due. Some ppl don’t check emails daily… So guess what…it is May and our payment is now what was promised in contract.6 months later. WHAT A HEADACHE!!! Unacceptable for a salesperson to tell you it’s handled and only 6 months after sale it’s fixed. Crazy!! It was a waste of my time several hours and months to handle this!!!! Please run the other way!!

Liam is awesome.. Really smart guy, he definetly knows what's he's doing, very knowledgeable. Thanks to him I bought my first quality matress. Best decision ever made!
