Veteran friendly store. The manager Jason. S. is a Superstar & a Patriot willing to work with any customer.. My Sales Associate Ed Mezzo, Was very knowledgeable.. He went over the Pros & Cons, on different products that we were interested in, & on Items he wasn't sure of he looked it up or checked with other associates and management So we had the proper Info to make buying decisions...We purchased Washer/ Dryer & TV.. The GE & Samsung products speaks for itself, but sometimes knowledge/ good custom service/ and the ability to work with individual customer is lacking,But Not at this location ***** 5 🌟 01/14/2026

I just walked out the door a very satisfied and happy customer. Three years ago, I purchased a Sealy mattress from this location. Unfortunately, it didn’t perform or hold up the way I expected. I had to go through the PC Richard & Son warranty process, which I have to say was actually very easy and completely stress-free. In the end, I received a credit for the original purchase price to put toward a new mattress. While I obviously wasn’t thrilled about having to shop for another mattress so soon, Dave — who happened to be the same salesperson who helped us three years ago — took great care of us again. He guided us toward a Stearns & Foster mattress, which is definitely an upgrade from the Sealy. Excellent customer service from both Dave and the store manager Jason. They truly went above and beyond to make a difficult situation work out well. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for knowledgeable staff and people who genuinely try to help their customers

This is our second time using Ed S. when purchasing appliances for our home. Not only is he knowledgeable about each product, he also takes his clients needs/wants into consideration. Being a young couple, Ed helped up figure out which appliances were really the bang for our buck. He is the perfect salesman to have because he is client centered rather than just looking to make the most compensation.
