We had a fantastic experience. Andrew M. took the time with an no pressure approach. He was super patient and knowledgeable to help us choose our new living room furniture. The amazing sale they had also helped us get a few other things for around the house as well! High quality furniture and Andrew is the one to see for all your home furnishing needs! The delivery process was also flawless they send texts to track driver during delivery, amazing communication before and after sale! Andrew M also followed up after delivery to make sure we were happy and delivery went well! This is how customer service should be!

Always a welcome when you enter the store and a friendly personal greeting from a sales person. I like that I am left alone to look around but the sales person is available and politely asks if I need any assistance. No pressure or feeling of being watched as I have experienced in other furniture stores. When I wanted more information or assistance, my sales person was helpful and knowledgeable and able to accommodate our particular needs. The store has a comfortable and attractive arrangement and is easy to navigate. I have purchased furniture from this store in the past and was pleased with the service then and I was not disappointed with this experience.

The Brick location is laid out well, immaculate, and the sales team imparts zero pressure. When my friends and I first walked in, we were sure we were going to be followed around, but that was not the case at all. Had a quick and painless shopping experience with Joe Marelli. He was a gentleman. Looking forward to having my recliner delivered, and I'm sure I'll be back in the future.

I recently purchased the Briarwood sofa with assistance from Ann Marie. She was lovely to work with, knowledgeable, and was not pushy at all. I was hesitant on ordering a sofa based off of a color swatch (suede so soft, hydra) but it ended up being beautiful and feels high quality at a reasonable price. I am happy with the purchase and experience and will be back in the future.
