Better experience than a competitor mattress company. They provide a lay cloth! They had a bed match system that provides a list of about 5-6 ranges of brands that would help with your sleeping position. Linda was very helpful and when I told her my price point she didn't try to push me over. She gave me about 3 options within the recommended mattresses in my price range. I was very satisfied with the service and ability to shop at my own pace, I locked in on buying a mattress.
