Mr. B is absolutely top-tier. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. You can tell he takes pride in what he does-nothing feels rushed or half-done. Communication was clear, he showed up on time, and delivered results that honestly exceeded expectations. What really stands out is his consistency and work ethic. A lot of people talk a good game, but Mr. B actually delivers. If you're looking for someone reliable, skilled, and easy to work with, he's the one. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us purchase a new refrigerator and air conditioner. We shopped around and PC Richard’s offered the best price for the products. But above all, Joe was very professional Also want to thank Trish for her help as well. Will definitely shop at PC Richard’s for any appliances we need in the future

Joe Santana was very helpful and did a great job getting us situated with the air conditioner. If you had a Midea recall unit and need to replace it, he’s your guy!
