I’m a tech-savvy person and an educator of English and Modern Foreign Languages by profession. I’ve purchased several electronic devices from this store before and always had good experiences — until now. I bought a Canon Pixma MG3620 printer that turned out to be faulty. It wouldn’t connect to my phone, computer, or Wi-Fi despite countless troubleshooting attempts and following the manufacturer’s own online tutorials. A week later, I visited the store, explained the issue, and was told I could bring it back under the one-month warranty. I even paid toward a new printer. When I returned to complete the exchange today (October 25, 2025), the process took far too long, and the manager’s remarks were both condescending and offensive. He said, “We’re not going to keep changing printers if you say this one doesn’t work,” implying that I was either misusing the devices or being dishonest. For the record, I’ve never returned a product before, I’ve successfully set up many Wi-Fi-connected devices, and the new printer he doubted would work was up and running within ten minutes of unboxing. I’m deeply disappointed by how dismissive and unprofessional this experience was. Customers who experience legitimate issues deserve respect and fair treatment — not suspicion or rudeness. I will not be returning to this store.
