The mattress itself is incredibly comfortable, providing excellent support and a great night's sleep. Delivery was prompt, and the setup was hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend Bay Ridge location for their top-notch products and customer service.
View on GoogleExcellent experience all around. I went in for a replacement box spring. I was greeted in a warm and friendly manner and made my purchase. The delivery arrived within 48 hours and I was notified multiple times in advance of the timing window which was met - early! The delivery men put foot covers on their shoes so as to not track dirt into the apartment which I appreciated. They unwrapped everything and then were gracious enough to help me set up my existing mattress as well.
