I recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm Bay Ridge location, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff (Julie, Chad, Mikhail, Wood and Natasha) was knowledgeable and guided me through a variety of options to find the perfect fit for my needs. The mattress itself is incredibly comfortable, providing excellent support and a great night's sleep. Delivery was prompt, and the setup was hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend Bay Ridge location for their top-notch products and customer service.
View on GoogleExcellent experience all around. I went in for a replacement box spring. I was greeted in a warm and friendly manner and made my purchase. The delivery arrived within 48 hours and I was notified multiple times in advance of the timing window which was met - early! The delivery men put foot covers on their shoes so as to not track dirt into the apartment which I appreciated. They unwrapped everything and then were gracious enough to help me set up my existing mattress as well.
View on GoogleI had a great experience at Mattress Firm. Ms. Natasha at the Bay Ridge 86st location was so patient with me, my husband, and our 7-year-old. She really took her time, treated us with kindness, and answered all our questions, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Please ask for her by name when you visit Mattress Firm. I would definitely recommend dealing with her because you will not regret it.
View on GoogleI was able to find a mattress I was comfortable with pretty quickly with Ken's expertise. He was friendly and knowledgable, and that helped me pick a mattress confidently. 5/5
