Ronald was excellent! We came in for a bed and left with an adjustable based for just $50. It was a great experience and I can’t wait to come back to the store. PC Richard’s was the first store I got a credit card from and I’ve never regretted being loyal to this company.

Had a wonderful experience here replacing a refrigerator. Ron was very knowledgeable, provided excellent information and helped walk me through the selection process. He even came in on his day off to help me place the order and schedule my delivery. He also helped me look at some mattress options and was very helpful.

     just now Ron was so helpful and knowledgeable on helping my aunt get the correct tv. Ron was also very helpful on making me want to get a new mattress! Everyone was so nice and friendly. Kevin was also great. They really go above and beyond and give a great personable atmosphere
