Exceptional experience purchasing a new mattress here. Hank and Anthony were extremely consultative, genuine, and thoughtful in helping us make a decision. They carry a great range of brands that fit all budgets and sleep styles. The new store in Santa Monica is also very modern. Highly recommend! UPDATE: they are also amazing with returns/exchanges. We wanted to try a slightly firmer mattress after two months on our new one. It was super simple and hassle free to make the exchange! Exceptional customer service!

First thing first, Hank was awesome! I don't post reviews but had such a positive experience finding my new Cal King mattress that I wanted to pay it back to Hank and acknowledge his professionalism and willingness to get me the best deal possible. I decided to get the Puffy Royal Hybrid and an accompanying adjustable bed frame, both of which I love. I personally like the sink in feeling of memory foam and the Puffy just felt right from the first second I laid on it. Also, the adjustable frame is solid and I didn't realize how much I'd appreciate the ability to change positions. Hank was very knowledgeable about all the latest technology across different mattress styles and has a longstanding history in the industry. His willingness to work with me on pricing was greatly appreciated; let's just say he offered the best deal I could find across numerous stores I went to by a long shot! The delivery team was also super reliable and set up everything with white glove service. You really can't find a better store in town. Just show up and have them set you up with your dream bed!

My daughter and I were at Pico on Saturday. Zack and John were incredibly helpful and patient, and did everything they could to make sure we got the right mattress. My daughter has a bad back and they had lots of great options and we were able to leave with exactly what she was looking for. I can’t recommend this store enough for their personalized and caring service!

Had a great experience thanks to Cam and Chris. We went into the store hoping to buy a Birch, and Cam offered alternatives based on what was in store. At the Santa Monica store, we found a mattress we really liked and purchased it same day. Chris, the owner, called the same day to make sure we were taken care of and included a box spring and pillows with our new mattress. We took delivery of our new mattress a few days later and are incredibly excited! Upgraded from an Amazon memory foam to the very luxurious cloudtech thanks to the great team here!

I went to both locations to test mattresses and the salespeople at each, Zach and Jake, were absolutely fantastic. They answered all my questions and were very patient with helping me find my perfect mattress. They went over all the materials and price points with me to help me find what I was looking for.
