Sit 'n Sleep

I'm so pleased with the service we received from SitNSleep through this store! My husband was in the hospital and would be coming home for further care. We already had a nice mattress from SitNSleep but we needed to replace our queen-size bedframe with one that could tilt the whole mattress like a hospital bed. I was trying to arrange the whole thing from his bedside in the hospital. They didn't have the one I was looking for in their store but they still came through for me. Not only were they able to work with me by phone and text, they got me a deal on a floor model and had it delivered and assembled, keeping me posted so I only had to dash home when I knew they would be arriving. We've now been sleeping on the Moonlight Tilt bed for a month and we're both so happy with it! It changes positions quietly, and just slowly enough I'm not worried about the cat getting pinched when she's exploring underneath. It looks very nice as well, and the remote is easy to understand and use. It has underbed lighting and a very nice vibration mode. I believe the new version is called Sunrise, but I prefer having a separate remote, not another app on my phone. I highly recommend Santa Monica SitNSleep!

Had the privilege of working with a sales person named Johnny at Sit N Sleep Santa Monica. He was patient, knowledgeable and gave me enough space to explore way too many options. Buying a bed is like buying a used car both in the number of choices and price wise with some of the options. It was nice to be treated as a person and not a $$ sign. Excellent experience and I highly recommend them.

I just bought my second mattress from Cleat O'Brien at Sit' n Sleep on Wilshire in Santa Monica. He sold me the perfect mattress four years ago and then, I got a king size bed so I needed a new mattress (and one that would support due to recent back issues). My interior designer and some friends had suggested some high-end mattress stores in Los Angeles on Melrose and Beverley. I went to those places and was not satisfied at all -- and felt like I was being upsold on everything. So, instead I returned to Sit 'n Sleep and hoped to find Cleat. He immediately remembered me and remembered me, what I liked, and listened to my new challenges with my back -- he was patient, focused, and kind. He immediately knew what I would need and led me to try out 3 different mattresses -- they were all ideal in teems of firmness and support. He guided me effortlessly through the differences between each of them, allowing me to spend as much time as I wanted trying out each. It was a no brainer though one was just perfect in every way. I moved onto pillows and his first 2 choices were both so good, that I bought both-- the ideal pillows for a back & side sleeper and I was reminded why I liked working with him 4 years ago when I first met him. I've been to many other mattress stores in Los Angeles and again, his service, patience, warmth. professionalism, and focus on your unique needs, and genuine care is unparalleled. It's hard to find someone in sales that you immediately feel comfortable with and trust; I promise you Cleat is that guy.

I stopped in to Sit n Sleep Santa Monica to check out a new mattress. It was almost closing time , and Ryan, who was showing me choices said not to worry, he didn’t mind staying. What a difference from one if the other mattress stores that have all moved to Wilshire Blvd. recently! The other store was very “hard sell”. Ryan answered all of my questions and was very easy to listen to. I highly recommend them!

I’ve had the best customer service at Sit-n-sleep! Also, I’ve had really great sleep for the past 20+ years. . We bought a bed there 20 years ago and it was so comfortable! We went back a few years ago and I bought 3 mattresses…one to replace our mattress and 2 others for our young adult kids. We all love them! Just went back and got one a few days ago for our guest room. Needless to say, we are very happy with Sit-n-sleeps beds👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
