Casper - Montana Ave

I visited the store this past weekend with 2 friends and we were looking for a mattress, pillows and the down duvet. Annaya Morgan and her team were extremely helpful during this visit. There was no pressure to make a purchase, they provided all of the product information transparently. My friend ordered a mattress, I purchased a hybrid snow pillow and the down duvet. We mentioned going to check out a nearby competitor and they welcomed we visit their shop to make our decisions. I think they knew we would be back to choose Casper instead over the competitor. The quality of the product is unmatched. The sales person at the other shop gave us the opposite service. They were a little too worried about making a deal. The energy at Casper didn’t make us feel like we were buying a new vehicle. I already have a Casper mattress and down pillows, I’m a previous customer. No need for me to shop elsewhere. 10/10 experience. I would spend money here again. Excellent customer service and cool staff.

Annaya and Sam were exceptional. One of the best shopping experiences I have had in quite some time. Secondly in love with the mattress. This store made everything so smooth. 10/10.

Shelley was fantastic. The process so easy. We upgraded and she took care of things seamlessly. We have the split king with motorized base and vibration. It’s heaven. The best thing you can spend money on. Love our Casper!

There are two great things about the Casper bed store on Montana in Santa Monica. The first one are the beds. We have been sleeping on Casper beds for 4 years and these are just fabulous mattresses. They support us and are soft and feel plush. We had been sleeping on another very high end mattress but found that their new product was hard and really uncomfortable. Casper also keeps innovating. The other great thing is this particular store. The staff - James and Amaya- and the manager Shelby are all very knowledgeable about the beds and will help you make the right choice for you. You can test the beds, ask questions, and compare to get what works for you.
