Fantastic experience, far exceeded expectations. David was very patient, knowledgeable, and listened to us. He was present when we needed him, and also gave us space to talk without him. Store was clean and prices were clearly marked. Can't wait for our delivery.
View on GoogleA huge thank you to David and Eric for an outstanding in-store experience and an even better deal. They worked absolute magic to get my bed delivered and assembled the same day. Incredible service all around. And a big shout out to the delivery team, Matthew and Blake, for their fast, professional setup. Everything was flawless from start to finish. Can’t recommend this Mattress King location enough!
View on GoogleI’ve worked with them twice now, and I’ve enjoyed each shopping experience! I worked with David this time around, and he was easily able to help me find exactly what I needed. It’s a great selection with reasonable prices. They’re all very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I really love how their delivery is only $60 and they’ll come take your old mattress! I’ll keep coming back for all my sleep needs.
View on GoogleDec-2024 Don’t be fooled by this company!!! Our 2 and a half year old king mattress is breaking down. First we not heavy people at all. Second the store reps agreed with our diagnosis as well. Third, the company who makes this brand of mattress is no longer sold by mattress king. Fourth and most importantly the manufacturer of said mattress denied our warranty claim. Summary: Mattress king should have stepped up to help,, just as they advise! It’s certainly not the consumer’s fault that Mattress King is no longer selling this brand of mattress. It just shows that Mattress king is more concerned with stupid commercials instead of real quality results for Oklahoma buyers !!!!
View on GoogleBlayne Mashburn took the time to ask great questions about the bed I was looking for. He then took me around the store to try out the beds he thought I would like after talking a bit. The bed pictured is the one I chose. Blayne was very friendly and beyond helpful. I’d recommend anyone looking at purchasing a new bed now or anytime in the future to go see Blayne at Mattress King in Norman OK!
