Mattress King

I bought a mattress and universal bed frame 2 years ago and I used it at the time for my king size bed but I bought a new bed frame and was going to use the universal mattress frame for my sons queen bed. I couldn’t find the extender brackets when I tried to put it together and I called mattress king to ask for help. George the manager went above and beyond to help. He gave me some spare brackets he had in the back for being a valued customer. Great to know even years later they are still there for you!!!! Great place to buy from.

I had an excellent experience at Mattress King. George got me a top of the line 15" king size mattress for an incredible price. He helped me load the mattress and tie it down, gave me a water when we were done. The savings and service will be the reason I'll recommend them and shop with them in the future. Thanks George!

We bought a mattress from George. After looking all over the area, we decided not only were their mattresses a good value, but he didn't give us the hard sell like so many did. It was refreshing to not be pounced upon. Thanks, George, for all your help!

Can we talk about top notch customer service? Because that's what they got going on here! Walked in a few days ago for their liquidation sale and George helped us out easily. Didn't pressure us to spend over our budget but guided me to a really good King Size memory foam that was on sale for $699!! I was sold and he also hooked me up with financing as well. Bryce is the one who communicated with me on delivery (highly recommend) and fit me into a time slot that was manageable for me. The delivery was prompt and once Bryce and his helper (sorry, I didn't catch his name!) Laid the bed know they noticed it shifted to one side and it altered it's shape. Bryce instantly informed us that they're going to quickly order a new one for us and trade it out by next week.They also threw in a couple of pillows for our troubles and George called me to confirm soon after that we're getting another one. This is not an ad, I'm not being paid for this. But when people go this far with above and beyond customer service they need to be praised! I will continue to do my mattress shopping here. :)

George was absolutely amazing. One does not find this level of customer service these days. Not pushy. Very respectful, helpful, and generous. I will recommend and shop at Mattress King moving forward. Thanks again, George!
