I swear if I could give them negative I would!!! They do not deserve any customer. They are liar and cheaters. I bought my couch less then a year ago and it broke on the right arm. It’s been 2 months, no response From the store staff and the managements are no help what so ever!!! Ashley furniture keeps referring back to the store just trying to find a way not to pay for it even tho my couch has 1 year warranty. Please don’t go to them. If you are, have all your documents in line and keep all your receipts just in case something goes wrong with your furniture. Wow! The lies!!! ! I bought my furniture from you on May2021 and it wasn’t delivered until second week of june 2021. Ashley did contact your store through their representative for your store and your have not been responsive for 2 months!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and go to big brands where you know you won’t be cheated and you’d get what you pay for. I purchased a king bed for $2,500 and got delivered the queen version of the bed. When I told them that’s not what I ordered I was told there is no such thing as a refund and return and I’d lose half of my money as a threat and the inconvenience which is what they caused with their confused selves. He even laughed at my face as I’m frustrated speaking to him. The disrespect and horrible customer service seems like a regular thing at this store. Please do your self a big favor and purchase elsewhere. I hope Karama gets them for cheating this many people.

Adam helped me pick out a larger sectional and some new dining room chairs. The couch is amazingly comfortable and the whole experience was great from the purchase to delivery and set up. I'll be going back to refurnish my den here soon!
