Beware of the sold as is,once your purchase your mattress they add the sold as is no returns. This mattress was never used stayed was in guest room. Manage Robert said this was a new mattress it was cheaper because newer models were coming out and this was a discounted mattress. Once they delivered they took out one of the tags. Manufacturer won't replace because of the sold as is. Please do not buy. Mattresses should have a ten year Manufacturer warranty but because of these we were lost about 1000 dollars. No help from Mr Robert. Buy else where please don't get scammed.
View on GoogleWe had a great experience purchasing our mattress thanks to Zack. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to work with us on the price to make sure we got the best deal possible. He was professional, friendly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. We truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend asking for Zack if you're in the market for a new mattress!
View on GoogleI had a fantastic experience at Mattress Liquidators! I came in looking for twin mattresses for my children, and Roger, our salesperson, was incredibly helpful from the moment we walked in. He listened carefully to what we needed and guided us to the perfect options in record time — no stress, no upselling, just genuine support. We even are getting next day delivery! As a military family, we were especially grateful for how military-friendly the company was. They made sure we had everything we needed at a reasonable price, and the entire process felt thoughtful and respectful. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality mattresses and exceptional customer care. Thank you, Roger, for making it such a smooth and positive experience!
