Everyone was helpful and friendly at this establishment. However, upon the quick delivery, I failed to meticulously examine my mattress. I was told to give ourselves about 30 days to become used to sleeping on it. We bought a firm Beautyrest mattress. About a month and a half later, we set out to purchase some new sheets and a new “top of the line” puffy mattress cover for our new mattress since I somehow didn’t feel like I ever really got a real comfortable sleep every night. Well, upon my examination of our new mattress as I was placing the newly purchased mattress cover on our new Beautyrest mattress, I discovered that my entire new mattress was slightly bent towards the last quarter area of the entire mattress!!! To me it seemed as if maybe in storage before our purchase of it, it was either stacked at a slight slant or maybe stored on its edge at a slight slant. Anyway, upon reaching out to our salesman and reviewing our purchase contract, I was told that I did have 4 months to return the mattress, but at a cost. I thought I could have , because of the slight defect I discovered, I would have been able to just exchange it at no cost, since it had not even been 2 months since my purchase. I was disappointed to know that an even exchange would be at a cost to me. I had wanted to exchange it for the exact same mattress, but exchange it for one that would not be bent at NO cost whatsoever to me. Since this wasn’t possible, we’re stuck with a defective new mattress that we purchased for $7,000!!! My advice to the public would be to carefully, meticulously and thoroughly examine your purchase as SOON AS it’s delivered to your home!!! If it’s not comfortable to you within the first 1-2 nights that you sleep on your new mattress, I recommend you immediately contact your salesman at your place of purchase to review your alternative options!!! Beware of any DEFECTS, no matter how slight because they DO make a difference in your rest!!! It may NOT BE that you “have to get used to” sleeping on your new mattress, as we were told and as I was trying to do without ever thinking that my new mattress would be defective, somehow!!!!

This has been by far my best experience buying a mattress, Raul made sure to cover all my check marks from pricing, financing and delivery. Everything was easy and all within one day to another! On the day of delivery, the delivery guys had a great catch with the size of the box spring as this was too big for the bed frame and mattress all together and suggested to call it in which Raul was really fast on getting this fixed and replaced. On the next day, delivery guys came very early (3:30pm) to deliver even tho I had selected 6pm -8pm slot, I had to call someone to open the door for them. They advised the couldn't set the new box springs since I don't have the "golden package" which I had NO idea what they were talking about they said if I wanted I could call it in to schedule. So now I have 2 box springs sitting in my living room until I can get help from a family member or friend which would be probably until the weekend (4more days) to get this placed under my new mattress. I would just suggest to inquire/let clients know about those 'packages' since the delivery guy mentioned a platinum and golden so I am still very confused.

Kerry was a very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about the mattresses in his store. He was also honest about the products they carry and how long it would take to receive products. The nicest part was that he gave us an awesome deal. We will definitely be back for the next upgrade for our kids. Thanks Kerry!

We had an excellent experience working with Azaleia Vega. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured. She gave us plenty of space and time to actually try the mattresses, which made a huge difference in helping us make the right decision. When we had questions, she was available and informative, but she also respected our time to think things through. She made sure we got a good deal and made the entire process feel comfortable and transparent. Buying a mattress is a big investment, and she made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy. I highly recommend asking for her if you’re shopping for a mattress.
