We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Waterford Mattress Firm, thanks entirely to our saleswoman, Kim. From the start, Kim was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She is highly informative, and we genuinely appreciated that she took the time to patiently walk us through several different mattress options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. This made a huge difference in helping us decide. What truly impressed us was her ability to manage this comprehensive, consultative approach in a very timely manner. She respected our time while making sure all our questions were answered. Finally, Kim went above and beyond to ensure we received the best price for our chosen mattress. We couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend asking for Kim if you visit the Waterford location
View on GoogleAmazing experience 😍 Ken, the salesman was friendly, detailed and answered all our questions. We felt that we were having a conversation with a caring person who knew so much about mattresses vs a sale. The information he shared with us made it easier for us to decide the right mattress for us. Thank you Ken 🙏🏻

View on GoogleThe staff in Waterford Mattress Firm are fantastic! Kim and Ian were unbelievably pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. They very patiently waited as I tried out mattresses again and again, giving me either close attention or "space" when I needed them. Kim worked with me writing out the details of the sale, and I felt that I received a really good deal. Next time I go mattress hunting, I'll start my shopping here!!
View on GoogleOur salesperson, Corbin, was outstanding. He took the time to ask us questions and understand what we needed. He is extremely knowledgeable of Mattress Firm’s products and went out of his way to make sure he could save us as much money as possible during one of their 72 hour sales events. Highly recommend this individual to anyone who is looking for a new mattress, adjustable base or any other items.
