She is highly informative, and we genuinely appreciated that she took the time to patiently walk us through several different mattress options, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. This made a huge difference in helping us decide. What truly impressed us was her ability to manage this comprehensive, consultative approach in a very timely manner. She respected our time while making sure all our questions were answered. Finally, Kim went above and beyond to ensure we received the best price for our chosen mattress. They very patiently waited as I tried out mattresses again and again, giving me either close attention or "space" when I needed them. Kim worked with me writing out the details of the sale, and I felt that I received a really good deal. Next time I go mattress hunting, I'll start my shopping here!!
