I had a great experience at Mattress Plus. The staff was friendly, patient, and really took the time to answer my questions. Anthony in particular was extremely helpful — he guided me through the options without any pressure and made the whole process easy. I left with a mattress I love and I’m sleeping much better already. Highly recommend!

I was initially frustrated because of the delivery company’s lack of communication, but he personally reached out, handled everything very professionally, and even gave us extra pillows and sheets to make up for the inconvenience. I really appreciate how kind and helpful he was.

View on GoogleWORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A BED. my wife and I purchased a mattress / bed combo from this location in the end of November, we got a special promotion (which supposedly ended that day) where you purchase the mattress and the adjustable frame is free with an assortment of accessories : two pillows, sheet sets, brackets for the headboard, etc... we were told we would have everything in 2-3 weeks tops. And over a month later, we finally got the frame, the salesman told us that our two $3000 mattresses were destroyed when they were loading them on the truck.(obviously lying) So we got temporary mattresses in the meantime. we were told several times the mattresses we purchased would be there in a week at the most. they did not bring the pillows, mattress protectors or headboard brackets as promised, so our beds were sliding around for the next month before they finally came back with the rest of our items including the matresses. the salesman also promised they would install the brackets but when they arrived and I asked them to do it he said no. lastly, we were promised the warranty would be good for twenty years and it wasn't until we received our final paperwork stating it is only a ten year warranty. the salesman anthony never once apologized for the inconvenience or miscommunication throughout the entire process. they also never reached out to us with updates.We had to constantly call them and inquire.
