Rooms To Go

PLEASE SEE DARWIN!!! HE IS HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL ! HE IS ALSO HIGHLY ORGANIZED !!! With seven moves in five years, I was highly burnt out on decorating. When I first walked into the showroom, I was instantly greeted by Darwin. I explained I was just looking. He gave me my space to look and see if the store had anything that matched the aesthetic I was envisioning. Once I had a chance to pick out a couple items, Darwin was there waiting to help me with all my questions and concerns. I was also on a tight schedule; he helped me navigate availability and delivery times. Throughout the process, he and his team made the process feel easy, and they were able to get me a long-term interest free financing. The experience was stress free and seamless. Best part.. it’s completed… Thanks to Darwin!!

We bought a new sectional and recliner for our living room. We had previously gone to Rooms to Go and had had our eyes on the "Modular 2" set. Several months later we decided to buy it online. Was the easiest purchase ever. I chatted with Darwin online, then a phone call. 4 days later the set was in my living room. The furniture deliver was very professionally done. They were in constant communication with me by text before arrival. They did an excellent job setting everything up. Very polite and professional. Thank you Darwin for making it happen and to your delivery team for making this a great purchasing experience. The set is awesome!

Darwin at Rooms to Go made my purchase of a queen bedroom suite and an entertainment center with fireplace so easy and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable of the furniture that I picked and it was a smooth transaction from start to finish. His communication is on point!

We came in as soon as they opened and met Angela. She listened as we described everything we needed for our sofa recliners. She asked specifically what color we wanted and we both agreed on dark. They had a beautiful slate colored set and a dark surround sound but Angela had something else in mind. She showed us a gorgeous cognac floor model with rug tables and lamps and it was gorgeous!!! Sold! Thank you Angela!!!!!

Absolutely thrilled with our experience at Rooms 2 Go, thanks to Darwin Abreu! From the moment we walked in, he was courteous, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Darwin took the time to understand our needs without being pushy, allowing us to explore the store at our own pace. His knowledge about the living room sets was impressive, and he guided us to the perfect choice for our home. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the exceptional service we received. Highly recommend Darwin for anyone looking for a stress-free shopping experience! Five stars all the way!
