Sleep Number

I had such a great experience at Sleep Number thanks to Jay! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Jay explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers find the right fit. If you visit Sleep Number, definitely ask for Jay. You won’t be disappointed!

Walked in on the 1st of July to buy pillows and bedsheets. Both items out of stock so I had to place an order online. 7 business days later I inquire about the order and told it’s on back order and that it will take 6-8 weeks to ship. Then I was instructed to call customer service to cancel the order or get a more accurate update. After 14 minutes of** being on hold it’s confirmed by customer service the order will take 8+ weeks lead time due to back orders. Requested cancellation and told 7-10 business days until they process the refund followed by 2-3 business days for my bank to reflect the refund. This has been my experience with Sleep Number. I recommend going elsewhere and saving yourself the headache.

We just purchased our fist Sleep Number bed with the excellent help of Marc Milman. We felt supported in our decisions and never felt like Marc was trying to push us into more expensive options. Definitely recommend coming to this store for a comfortable and informative experience!

Great Experience ! Marc was very thorough explaining all our options . Wonderful salesperson. He made the store process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend .

I went into the Sleep Number store in Wellington to get a pillow with all the credit points I built up. They have so many different pillows to try out. I got the one that has three inserts inside that you can customize. I love my new pillow. It is firm soft! It is soft on my head but firm enough to hold its shape.
