Mattress Store San Diego

We went to the Mattress Store because Mike was the only one who answered the phone when my husband called around to different stores in San Diego. We bought my parents 2 new mattresses. The prices are great, the customer service is excellent! We're glad we could support a local family-owned and operated business.

We visited their showroom in Kearney Mesa area. Their staff was very friendly and showed us multiple options for my daughter’s bed. We were able to pick up directly from warehouse same day highly recommend.

We purchased a new mattress from Michael at Mattress Store San Diego and couldn't be happier. He started out by helping us figure out the style of mattress we like, followed by explaining all the latest and greatest in mattress technology (there is actually quite a bit to know and he knows it ALL). Once we settled on a mattress, we paid and scheduled delivery for the next day (our new bed frame wasn't arriving until the next day, otherwise, we would have had same-day delivery). On delivery day, we received a text notifying us they were 25 minutes out. When the delivery guys showed up, they took away our old mattress, box springs, and bed frame, and maneuvered the new mattress up a flight of stairs. The whole process took about 10 minutes and they were on their way. We couldn't be happier with the quality of our mattress, the low price, delivery, and Michael's customer service. Five stars for sure!

Excellent service and a great experience I recently bought a mattress from this family owned store and ran into a small issue. No pushback, no hassle. Just a smooth, respectful exchange. They immediately placed a new order for the firmness I needed and delivered it as soon as it arrived, with great communication throughout. Michael (Mike) was awesome from the moment I stepped into the showroom, as all of the other reviews state, not pushy in the slightest and one of the best buying experiences I've had with anything. By the end of the day I had a brand new mattress delivered, Ron the delivery driver was amazing as well and super helpful. Highly, highly recommend using them for all of your mattress and bedding needs!
