Mattress Firm Kearny Mesa

We needed a new bed and went to Mattress Firm because we had a good experience with our previous bed that we purchased there. Stephen greeted us when we came in the store. They have many brands and several styles of each brand. Stephen was very knowledgeable of the features of the beds that we were interested in. We had not had an adjustable base on a bed before and wanted Stephen to show us the benefit of it. He knew how to adjust it and it really made a difference in the bed comfort. He explained to us how to use the remote control for the adjustable bed and then left us to try it out. After answering our questions Stephen went back to his desk and gave us as much time as we wanted to try out the different beds. When we had more questions he came over and answered them. It was a great no pressure experience. Stephen knew his products well and was easy to work with for the entire process. It was a great experience! We look forward to getting our new bed in just a few days.

Jerry was fantastic through our whole mattress buying process and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was always available to help with any questions or concerns, even on his off days. I genuinely believe these guys do really just want you to feel good about the investment you’re making and want to help you sleep better. Would highly recommend and if you find a better deal in the marketplace they may be able to price match so be sure to ask!

Really grateful for Jacob who is very knowledgeable, explained the technical and feel very well, welcoming, helpful, and just an overall great guy. Even though we've been to a few stores and did our online research, he was able to bring a level of customer service and "sleep expertise" (using their word here) that you can't get from online reviews. His suggestions were spot on and he helped us up until the very end. Also, the relaxed atmosphere where we didn't feel pressured to buy was very nice as well. I'll admit that I'm still thinking about the purple pillow that I carried all throughout the store which was what Jacob recommended even though I hated the purple mattress. He was right: It's much better than the bed. We're excited to sleep on the Posturepedic Elite Hybrid High Point II and that we picked the correct firmness for us based upon his help. We greatly appreciated his kindness, expertise, enthusiasm,, and honesty which helped us get the bed we needed to sleep right.

Stephen was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect mattress for my mom. He took the time to explain the differences between models, answered all our questions, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. We purchased the mattress and base here. Although Steven was initially kind, we had a lot of issues with the delivery company. The delivery company sent someone that was extremely rude, demeaning and said things to us that were Unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. We had a number of major issues and multiple attempts with the delivery company. Additionally, there is a life safety issue with the bed. When we chose to return everything, they sent the same rude person to come pick it up. They ruined our walls. And caused extensive damage to my house. I have tried to get Help through the The store I bought it from and and they are not helping me, The delivery company has blocked My phone Calls. I have emails from them acknowledging The damage and I have Several videos of them acknowledging the damage and being unprofessional with us. I’m requesting for someone to contact me to solve the Issue. I post here to create awareness of my issue to get someone Assist us with this before we involve other options.
