My mom and I have been wanting to find a new mattress for her bed for some time now, but it felt like a dreaded chore. However, today when we walked through the doors of Mattress Warehouse of Altoona, as soon as we were greeted by Ryan our experience became pleasant. Ryan was not off-putting as many salesmen can be. Ryan spent an hour or more with us, patiently answering our questions. He checked his resources and made phone calls to make sure the information about the unusual mattress we wanted was accurate. He was warm, professional, and knowledgeable through the whole experience. We'd highly recommend him.

I would like to thank Eric for all his help today with figuring out & selecting of boxsprings & mattress. They have a program to figure out what the pressure points when your trying to sleep & gave me a place to start looking for what type of mattress would be best for my back. So if it stays & feels the same after a little while of sleeping on it I will be more than happy with what I got. There was no pressure to even buy from him which is something you don't see if a salesman he was there to make sure I had an idea of what to look for if I decided to go else where. Another plus for him. My purchase will be delivered next wed & I'm very happy with the price too. He didn't pressure me to buy the most expensive but was more concerned about what was most comfortable to me & stayed in a price range range that was more than comfortable for me. Thank you again.
